I''m working with a commercial interiors contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office fitout project in Cambridge.

The Role:

• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the fitout.

• Coordinating subcontractors and managing site labour.

• Overseeing CAT A/CAT B internal fitout works.

• Managing partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, decoration and M&E installations.

• Monitoring programme, quality assurance and health and safety.

• Liaising with the Project Manager and client throughout the works.

• Managing the project through to completion and handover.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing commercial office fitout projects.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid.

• Strong understanding of CAT A/CAT B fitout works and subcontractor coordination.
