What we look for in a Sous Chef:As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.Bring the best out of the kitchen team.Take pride in every successful service.A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
