This service provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people, focusing on emotional well-being, independence, education, and life skills development. Main Duties Supporting children and young people with learning disabilities in a residential setting Assisting with personal care and daily living activities Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour Encouraging participation in education, activities, and community engagement Building positive and trusting relationships with young people Following care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team and external professionals Maintaining accurate daily records and incident reports where required Requirements Previous experience within children''s residential services or supported living Experience supporting young people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs Comfortable working within a 24/7 rota including days
