What you''ll be doing: Leading and managing a team of project engineers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Supporting project teams and attending client meetings as the technical expert when needed. Reviewing and improving engineering procedures and practices to deliver greater efficiency, accuracy, and innovation. Signing off final designs, technical documentation, and bills of materials. Developing engineering calculations, material selections, and technical analysis using the latest tools and techniques. Acting as the technical authority across projects and cross-functional teams. Mentoring and developing engineering talent, providing technical guidance and support, particularly on complex and high-profile projects. Championing improvements in design systems and software, with the opportunity to be part of exciting change management initiatives.
