Project ManagerFit Out ProjectsUp to £70,000 + Package My client, who are a national construction contractor who are currently recruiting for an Project Manager to head up several new projects that they have won in West London. The Role;Within this role, you will work along side the Project manager ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are adhered too. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors and sub - contractors. You will report directly in to the Operations Director who will support you in making the contract a success. The Candidate; The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing fit out projects to listed buildings and public buildings Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A good knowledge of up to date legislations and strong organisational skills is also desired. Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
