About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Tesco''s Unified Fulfilment Automation Platform, a next-generation software platform that integrates vendor robotics - ASRS, robotic picking arms, AMRs, conveyors - into a single, intelligent operational ecosystem. You will own the platform vision, define software capabilities, and orchestrate vendor systems, ensuring seamless, scalable operations across all fulfilment centres. This role is about creating a strategic, operationally intelligent platform that drives efficiency, accuracy, and future-ready automation.

What You''ll Do

• Define the strategic vision for a multi-vendor automation platform
• Lead new site deployments, creating standardised, repeatable rollout playbooks
• Design software that enables real-time orchestration, route optimisation, pick efficiency, and workflow automation
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring interoperability, standardisation, and alignment with operational objectives
• Oversee agile product delivery, translating complex operational requirements into a prioritised backlog of platform features
• Ensure the platform meets safety, compliance, resilience, and scalability standards

What We''re Looking For

• Senior product experience in warehouse, industrial, or logistics automation software
• Proven ability to design and scale platforms that integrate multiple vendor systems
• Strong strategic leadership and vendor management skills
• Agile product delivery experience with SCRUM backlog ownership
