Role Purpose: We''re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team - working in our professional kitchen, you''ll be overseeing a brigade of around 7 chefs, delivering on floor catering as well as a big variety of events, from conferences and talks to private dinners and parties.In addition to events, you will manage on floor catering throughout the building - mainly corporate hospitality, working lunches, directors dining and other FandB requests.Our food offer is fresh, healthy and vibrant with an innovative edge.
