Taskmaster Resources Ltd are pleased to be recruiting a skilled Tig Welder for our client based in Sheffield. Our client designs and manufactures high-performance stainless steel systems. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, and the pay rate per hour is £17.00 - £18.25 (depending on experience) immediate start is available. The role will involve: welding stainless steel component parts together to produce assemblies to form products using TIG welding Fabricating simple and complex-shaped products using various techniques Ensure all products manufactured meet the necessary requirements/standards Operating other tools Ensure the equipment is well-maintained and safe Desired skills: Previous experience with TIG welding Experience in fabricating simple and complex shapes Ability to read technical drawings Previous experience of welding filters, vessels or thin gauge steel would be advantageous Working hours: Rotational weekly days and alters: Days: Monday to Thursday: 06:00am 14:00pm Friday: 06:00am - 11:00am Afters: Monday to Thursday 14:00pm - 22:00pm Friday: Friday: 11.00am - 16.00pm - plus overtime available at premium rate.
