Trust Tax Assistant Manager A leading national accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking a Trust Tax Assistant Manager to join its growing Private Client team. The team advises high net worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and trustees on a broad range of trust and estate matters, including UK and offshore trusts, estates and charitable structures. This is a varied role combining compliance oversight with exposure to advisory work. The Role: Manage a portfolio of trust and estate clients Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and trustees Support Senior Managers and Directors on trust tax advisory matters Oversee the preparation and review of trust tax returns Review trust accounts, including tax pools and related tax accounting aspects Assist with inheritance tax and estate planning work Support billing and WIP management Supervise and support junior team members Requirements: Experience in trust and estate taxation gained within practice Experience reviewing trust tax returns and trust accounts Exposure to HNW clients Strong technical knowledge of trust tax (broader personal tax knowledge beneficial) Ability to manage workload independently CTA and/or STEP qualified or studying towards Excellent opportunity for a trust tax professional looking to step into a progressive Assistant Manager role within a highly regarded Private Client team offering strong development and advisory exposure.
