This role involves handling complex, high-value claims and supervising a small team.Day-to-day of the role:Manage your own caseload of complex and technical clinical negligence claims.Supervise and mentor a team of case handlers, providing training and support under the direction of the group leader.Undertake case planning, risk assessment meetings, and weekly individual supervision sessions.Participate in team training and marketing activities.Maintain the group''s case management procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in clinical negligence law and procedures.Strong track record of litigation experience.Experience in supervising and guiding a team, with a focus on support, coaching, and encouragement.Excellent organisational skills and a pragmatic approach to managing claims.Proficient IT, communication, and leadership skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good working knowledge of CPR and the law relating to clinical negligence.Experience with Legal Expense Insurance, publicly funded, and conditional fee agreement arrangements is advantageous.Benefits:Excellent annual leave and welfare benefits.Health cash plan and gym/lifestyle benefits.Work-li
