Quantity Surveyor - London Location: West London Type: Permanent, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property services organisation in Westminster, London.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused QS with experience in Social Housing / Responsive Repairs & Maintenance to take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple projects from award through to final account.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the commercial performance of multiple projects.

• Producing and managing CVRs, forecasts, cash flow forecasts and commercial reports.

• Managing client and subcontract accounts through to final account.

• Carrying out site visits and surveying duties.

• Managing procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Evaluating variations, extensions of time, remeasurement and loss & expense claims.

• Ensuring strong commercial control and identifying risks and opportunities.

• NVQ Level 6 in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Strong experience within Social Housing / Responsive Repairs & Maintenance.

• Proven experience managing CVRs and Final Accounts.

• Excellent commercial and financial management skills.

• Knowledge of FRAs and/or K&B programmes is desirable.

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
