Key Responsibilities - International Trade Compliance Manager: Acts as the organizational Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the export of Military List (ML) technologies and dual-use goods, providing strategic guidance on classification, licensing, and compliance with international export control frameworks. Brings detailed knowledge and proven experience of UK and US export control regulations and processes, including OGEL, OIEL, SIEL, EAR, and ITAR requirements. Possesses in-depth knowledge of UK export licensing regimes, including the application, administration, and compliance requirements for OGELs, OIELs, and SIELs, as well as the preparation and submission of annual reports. Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in F680 approval processes, Exhibition Clearance protocols, and Crown Exemption provisions, ensuring full compliance with UK defence export control and government security regulations.
