The setting is centred on supporting young people with severe SEMH needs, which requires the successful candidate tohave a Level 3 qualification at least. The setting is seeking a passionate team player to take on this long -term role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA.
