The Role

As a Town Planner, you''ll be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting senior team members while also taking ownership of your own schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and external consultants
• Supporting project delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes
• Contributing to planning strategies and reports

Requirements
