MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership, depending on experience. Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority. Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation, policy and development management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience engaging with clients, stakeholders and local planning authorities. A proactive and commercially aware approach to planning and development.
