A brand-new specialist SEMH school is opening in 2026 - and this is your chance to be part of it from day one.
We''re working with a growing education provider to appoint passionate and skilled SEN Teachers to join a new provision supporting pupils aged 5-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a school''s culture, curriculum, and outcomes from the ground up.
The role
You''ll deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs, supporting pupils to achieve both academically and personally. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you''ll play a key role in creating a safe, structured and inspiring learning environment.
What you''ll be doing:
- Planning and delivering personalised, high-quality lessons
- Supporting a range of complex SEND needs, including SEMH
- Tracking progress and adapting teaching strategies
- Leading on a subject or area of the curriculum
- Working closely with support staff, families and external professionals
What we''re looking for:
- QTS (essential)
- Experience teaching in primary and/or secondary settings
- Strong understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH
- Confident delivering a differentiated curriculum
- A calm, resilient and child-centred approach
