Job Description:

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our team working within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and dry lining
• Work on both tenanted and void social housing properties
• Prepare surfaces and ensure a high standard of finish
• Identify and report any additional repair needs
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants
• Complete works within agreed timeframes and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or maintenance
• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
