Due to ongoing demand and continued growth, our client is looking to strengthen its UK service team with engineers covering: Yorkshire Manchester and the North West These are home-based, field service positions offering an attractive basic salary together with overtime, providing excellent overall earning potential. The Role Working from home and covering customers predominantly within your region, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and support of machinery at customer sites. Your responsibilities will include: Planned and preventative maintenance Reactive breakdown maintenance Fault finding and diagnostics Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Servicing and maintaining machine tools and associated equipment Attending customer sites for emergency call-outs where required Providing a professional and knowledgeable service to customers Working with the wider service and technical teams to resolve issues The company aims to organise its engineers geographically to minimise unnecessary travel and overnight stays wherever possible.
