We are currently looking for a Room lead for the Pre-school to join a beautiful setting in Reigate. The setting has amazing resources and friendly and supportive team. We are a friendly nursery with a warm and welcoming team. You will be leading a friendly team of staff in our dedicated pre school unit for children from 3-4 years. Responsibilities and Duties Assisting the Nursery Management in providing day to day high quality childcare. Leading a small team within the toddler room. Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs. Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning within the room. Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children. Room Leader Candidates: Have room lead experience or a senior practitioner with good experience. Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe. Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five. Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare. Be able to work well and lead a small team.
