Job Opportunity: Customer Service Coordinator (Hire Desk)

Location: Wokingham

Contract Type: Temp To Perm

Hourly Rate: starting at -13.50ph, depending on experience

Working Pattern: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising Contracts: Ensure all contracts are processed efficiently.
• Dealing with Customer and Driver Queries: Provide outstanding support to our customers and drivers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Organising and Maintaining the Work Planner: Keep our operations running smoothly by managing schedules effectively.
• Taking New Orders: Facilitate new orders and maintain strong relationships with current customers.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience in the hire industry.
• Strong communication skills to handle a high volume of calls and enquiries.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude.
