What you''ll do Develop creative concepts and designs for toy products, packaging and marketing campaigns. Create artwork for print and digital channels, including social media, advertising and promotional materials. Take projects from initial idea through to final artwork, managing deadlines and maintaining high standards. Help keep brand identity consistent across products and communications. Work with colleagues across the business to turn briefs into clear, engaging designs. Keep up with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team. What you''ll bring A degree in Graphic Design or a related subject, plus at least one year of post-graduate experience. A genuinely creative mindset and the confidence to contribute original ideas. A portfolio that shows your creativity and range across print and digital design. Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
