Our client, an established provider of integrated design and build services within the water sector, is seeking a Project Manager - Civils to join its permanent Delivery team. The role will lead the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of major civil engineering and water infrastructure projects from contract award through to client handover. Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of civil engineering, water and infrastructure projects to achieve safety, quality, programme and commercial objectivesAdminister NEC contracts and manage change control, risk and opportunity processesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners and project stakeholdersLead project planning, resource management and delivery performanceDrive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirementsDevelop and mentor project teams, promoting high performance and continuous improvementEnsure robust governance, reporting and project controls throughout the project lifecycleSupport the successful handover of completed projects and the development of long-term client relationships Job Requirements:Significant project management experience within civil engineering, utilities, water or infrastructureStrong understanding of NEC contracts, commercial management and project controlsExperience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams and managing project riskExcellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation ..... full job details .....
