Build cost estimates for construction works using information gathered from site visits. Carry out desktop quality assurance audits of completed work. Support the Quantity Surveyor in producing contractual documents, including payment notices and change control. Assist with estimating project costs based on scope and design information. Help verify applications for payment. Use internal systems to produce regular financial reports. Work closely with Finance teams to ensure accurate financial accounting of completed works.
