An international bank is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to strengthen its risk framework and support senior leadership across the business.The RoleYou will lead the implementation of the operational risk framework, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored and escalated appropriately. Key activities include maintaining the Risk Register, delivering RCSAs, managing operational loss events, and driving the KRI programme. You will also oversee the New Product Approval process, support regulatory engagement with PRA/FCA, and lead the organisation''s Business Continuity Plan and recovery testing. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain operational risk coverage across business units and locations.Map business processes and update risk documentation. Deliver core ORM activity including RCSAs, incident tracking and risk reporting. Monitor KRIs and escalate issues where required.Lead New Product Approval and provide training to raise ORM awareness.Liaise with regulators on operational risk and support capital calculation preparation. Own and maintain the Business Continuity Plan and testing cycle. Skills and ExperienceStrong analytical abilities with experience handling large datasets. Excellent written communication and report writing. Curious, problem-solving mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in operational risk helpful but not essential.
