This role is ideal for someone with a solid Design Technology background who is passionate about improving outcomes, engaging students, and positively shaping young people''s future pathways.Based within a secondary school in South Oxfordshire, you will have a central role in influencing curriculum delivery and teaching practice across the department. You will support students in developing both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills that support progression into further education or employment.
