Financial Controller Salary: Up to £55,000 Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Location: Hybrid / London A growing social-impact charity is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to strengthen financial management, reporting, controls and business partnering across the organisation. Reporting to a senior operational leader and managing the Finance Team, you will work closely with the Executive Team, budget holders and colleagues across the organisation. You will play a key role in improving financial insight, strengthening controls and helping non-finance colleagues make confident, well-informed decisions. The role As Financial Controller, you will lead the organisation''s financial management and control environment while supporting longer-term planning and sustainability. You will: Lead budgeting, forecasting and multi-year financial planning Provide high-quality management information, analysis and commentary to senior leaders and Trustees Partner with budget holders, providing financial insight and support.
