This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in workload control, customer communication, and performance management across both sectors. Day-to-Day of the Role: Office Team Leadership and Management: Directly manage B2B Account Managers, Customer Service and Operations Coordinators, ensuring daily and weekly priorities are met across departments. Operational Control: Oversee the coordination of reactive repairs, servicing, and project management, ensuring all processes from instruction to completion are efficiently managed. Resident and Client Service: Maintain professional communication and manage service expectations and recoveries effectively. Commercial Accounts and Growth: Handle B2B enquiries, manage quotations, and nurture client relationships to ensure sustainable growth. Data, KPI and Commercial Control: Utilize tools like Excel for monitoring SLAs, productivity, and financial metrics to guide business decisions.
