Working alongside business stakeholders, product owners and engineers, you''ll help shape solutions spanning AI agents, systems integration and process automation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand business challenges, engage confidently in technical discussions and translate requirements into clear specifications. The role Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for automation. Map current and future processes, highlighting manual steps, inefficiencies and the impact of proposed changes.
