The caseload is varied and high quality, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development and investment work
• Secured lending transactions
• Options, conditional contracts and overage agreements
• Easements and other property-related matters

This is a role that offers genuine responsibility from day one, while providing the support and mentoring needed to continue developing your technical expertise and long-term career.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years'' PQE in Commercial Property, although those with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
