You should have a beauty and/or fragrance sales background and be committed to work full time hours (40 hour week, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends in line with Harrods hours). This is a sales role working to daily targets so the ability to ''traffic stop'', engage and charm clientele is paramount, as this is the key means of delivering sales. An engaging, polished personality is key. Some supervisory experience is also important as you will manage one other member of staff.
