Security Systems Installation Engineer Within this role you join an experienced team where you will utilise your skills in installing advanced security solutions including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm systems and other security related systems. You would be responsible for installing first and second fix of electronic equipment and associated infrastructure at our client sites.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesWorking within the Project Delivery engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager. Installing security systems to a high standard.Comply with company procedures and HandS policies.Collaborate with customers and project managers during installations.Support junior engineers, and run small works autonomously. Complete project-related paperwork timely.Required Skills and KnowledgeBackground in technical security systems (CCTV, IDS, PIDS, AACS, Intercoms etc.).Experience in cable installation (LV, ELV, data cabling (copper and fibre optic).Proficient in first and second fix tasks (e.g., conduit/containment, edge devices fixing, cable termination).Ability to learn new systems and technologies.Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.IT literate.UK driving licence. Desirable KnowledgeMinimum 4 years'' experience within the technical security industry.Background in electrical engineering with relevant qualifications (e.g., City and Guilds, IEE 18th Edition).Knowledge of IP networking.Experience working with Gallagher, Genetec, C-C
