Site Manager - Water Treatment Projects (Severn Trent)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee the safe and successful delivery of water treatment works projects across the Severn Trent Water framework.

You will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of water treatment site activities
• Supervising direct labour, subcontractors, and site operatives
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards
• Maintaining compliance with HSEQ policies and Severn Trent Water procedures
• Coordinating site logistics, materials, and programme activities
• Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting
• Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, and client representatives

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering water treatment or wastewater treatment projects
• Previous experience working on Severn Trent Water, AMP frameworks, or other UK water utility projects
• Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and process installations within treatment works
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
• Knowledge of HSEQ requirements within the water sector
