ITAD Sales Manager (IT Asset Disposition)

We are recruiting an experienced ITAD Sales Manager (IT Asset Disposition) to sell end-to-end solutions to commercial and public-sector clients, win enterprise business, grow key accounts, and drive revenue. You''ll lead expansion, securing large contracts, building a high-value pipeline, and positioning the company as a go-to ITAD partner for enterprise clients, MSPs, VARs and data centre operators, while ensuring secure data sanitisation, compliance, logistics and operational delivery.
This is a hands-on, target-driven position with real scope to grow a portfolio and, at manager level, build and lead a high-performing sales department.
What you''ll be doing
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the ITAD sector
- Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients across key industries (finance, healthcare, technology, public sector, etc.)
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers
- Provide consultative solutions aligned to client needs, including data destruction, asset recovery, remarketing, and compliance services
- Partner with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client experience
- Stay current on ITAD trends, regulations (data protection, environmental compliance), and competitor offerings
- Create and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to wider sales strategy
What we''re looking for
- Proven track record in ITAD sales or adjacent B2B services (IT services, recycling, data destruction, logistics, managed services, hardware lifecycle).
- Strong new business development and account management capability.
- Excellent commercial acumen: pricing, margin, contracts, negotiation and closing.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Solid understanding of data security / sanitisation and compliance (GDPR, WEEE; ADISA/NAID awareness highly beneficial).
- People leadership/coaching experience with measurable team performance improvements.
