Our client is a well-respected roofers merchant. Due to their continued success and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity as we are recruiting a Trade Counter Sales person to join their team. The key responsibilities of this role include: Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch Service customers over the trade counter and over the telephone Provide good customer service and good advice on products for their customers Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers The ideal candidate would need to have a good knowledge of roofing materials and have a good understanding or the local roofing market place and its competitors.
