We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to cover a maternity leave contract from September 2025 to July 2026. This role offers a unique chance to influence employee experience on a global scale while collaborating closely with senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesAct as subject matter expert on employee relations issues, advising managers and employees.Manage performance, disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution cases in line with policy and legislation.Partner with Legal and HR teams to ensure global compliance with evolving employment laws.Develop and maintain ER policies, templates, and best practices.Track and analyse ER data, reporting insights and trends to leadership.About You5+ years'' experience in Employee Relations, ideally across international markets.Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practice.Skilled in conflict re
