Our goal is to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment that ensures children feel secure and cared for throughout the night. Responsibilities As a Waking Night Support Worker, your key duties will include: Providing Overnight Care: Supervising and supporting children during the night, ensuring their needs are met in a calm and professional manner. Ensuring Safety: Monitoring the children s welfare and maintaining a safe environment by adhering to safeguarding policies. Conducting Routine Checks: Performing regular checks on children, addressing any issues or incidents promptly and effectively. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of observations, incidents, and activities during the shift.
