You will be working on a state of the art piece of machinery along with a couple of older modelsDuties include-Produce quality folded components to a high standard consistently from programmes, drawings and data supplied by the Production Manager.-Assist the Production Manager in the efficient use of plant and tooling within the section.Identify and solve problems before folding operations commence and report all such instances to the Production Manager.-Identify any order shortages before folding operations commence and inform the Leading Hand.-Suggest improvements to the production process and procedure to maintain the highest standards of quality for both our external customers and internal companies.-Monitor the safe use of all machines and tooling within the folding section and report any machine issues, breakdowns, tooling damage or any other issues likely to impact productivity or the safety of team members to the Leading Hand.-
