With an impressive client base comprising UK and International Developers, Freeholders and RMC/RTM s, they now seek an experienced Service Charge Accountant as follows: Carrying out the full range of service charge duties relating to the impressive portfolio under management Liaising with the Head of Property Management Providing Accounting expertise and guidance in relation to complex budgets, client liaison, auditor liaison and staff training Utilising QUBE to ensure service charge matters are up to date, accurate and reflective of actions taken Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory framework Bringing about change if necessary to streamline process and provide clients/residents with the best service possible 1 day home working offered to those who desire it The suitable Service Charge Accountant will have 5 year+ service charge experience, a committed career history, experience of QUBE and ideally (but not essentially) a relevant professional accounting qualification.
