This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take ownership of group-wide infrastructure projects, support critical systems, and help shape the business''s hybrid technology roadmap across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 3rd line technical support across a group of seven UK locations. Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, and network configuration. Administer and maintain the full Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Azure andamp; Azure Arc/Replication). Manage backup and recovery solutions (eg Arctera Backup Exec, Veeam). Support, monitor, and enhance server environments (physical and virtual).
