This is a highly specialist role, working with pupils who present with SEND and SEMH needs, supporting them to re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. About the Role As an IAP Teacher, you will work with small groups and individuals with complex needs, delivering a flexible, personalised curriculum tailored to each pupil.
