Assembly Team Leader required. 40,000- 45,000 per annum, day shifts, 33 days annual leave and 5% matched pension. As an Assembly Team Leader, this is a varied, hands-on role within either mechanical or electrical assembly with responsibility for leading, motivating and developing a team. We are looking for someone with strong people management skills who can lead from the front, manage performance, address employee issues and create a positive and productive working environment. The Assembly Team Leader role will involve:Leading, motivating and developing assembly employees, managing performance and supporting individual development.Remaining hands-on with mechanical or electrical assembly activities.Organising workloads, managing workflow and allocating resources to meet production schedules.Monitoring production KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve performance.Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.Working with other departments to maintain quality standards, achieve targets and ensure safe working practices.
