Support marketing campaigns and activities, including using MailChimpAnalyze customer data and assist with website supportManage social media, schedule posts, and monitor customer reviewsAssist with event management, including hospitality for customer meetings and training, and coordinating trade showsProvide customer service support: take calls, advise on products, and respond to inquiriesUndertake ad hoc administrative duties within the Sales Order team and general office tasksQualifications and Skills
