Our partnership with this established and market leading food manufacturer is going from strength to strength and we are presently tasked to help them find a Head of Engineering for one of their key sites in the N/W of England. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of an established Engineering Team and to really drive long term strategy, lead on all future projects and to continue to develop a high performing culture. The Role This role is part a of successful senior leadership team and you will be challenged to deliver in a number of key areas including reliability, efficiencies, team development, succession planning and budgetary control, Health and Safety, Culture and Site Compliance. You will be assessed against a number of key deliverables, along with your inspirational leadership skills and delivery of projects in line with strategic business objectives.
