This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes ownership of their accounts, and delivers consistently high service standards to major clients. You ll act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high value Key Accounts, managing the full shipment lifecycle from booking through to invoicing while safeguarding commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence. What You ll Be Doing You ll take responsibility for all operational, administrative, and service related activity for your assigned accounts, including: Key Responsibilities Managing end to end shipment processes, ensuring all transport requirements are delivered on time and to client expectations. Acting as the primary contact for key clients, building strong relationships and maintaining high retention through exceptional service. Preparing and maintaining operational control documents, KPI reports, and client specific documentation. Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure collections and deliveries run to schedule.
