Loyalty and Rewards Business AnalystLocation: Hybrid (2-3 days in their office in Hemel Hempstead)Contract: Outside IR35Day rate: Up to £500 per dayDuration: Initial 6 months but will most likely extendStart date: ASAPMy client is well-known within the hospitality industry and urgently require an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major Loyalty and Rewards transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, map processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of cloud-based solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across CRM, sales, and Loyalty and Rewards transformation workstreams.Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.Support testing, user adoption, and change management.Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, data models, and project artefacts. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.Background in Hospitality or Retail strongly preferred.Deep understanding of Loyalty and Rewards schemes Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to work in a hybrid e
