Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you will manufacture precision components using 4 and 5 Axis CNC milling machines while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate 4 and 5 Axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace components.Machine a range of materials including Titanium, Inconel and Hardened Steel.Read and work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications.Produce components to tight tolerances and quality standards.Carry out in-process inspections using measuring equipment.Meet production targets while maintaining right-first-time quality.Follow Health and Safety procedures and 5S standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean working environment.The CandidateTo be considered for this role you should have:Previous experience setting and operating 4 or 5 Axis CNC milling machines.Experience within a precision engineering ..... full job details .....
