What will I be doing? - Support a portfolio of suppliers on a day to day basis - project performance and supply chain risks with face to face and regular meetings or conference calls. Reporting back to management of any risk, performance, quality concerns or improvement plans- Coordinate and attend supplier visits (frequency 2-3 visits per week) with purchasing and procurement team taking into consideration open order books, forecasts, performance and supplier overview.- Assess supply chain and suppliers capability and capacity to meet current and future delivery or short, medium and long term requirements- Identify, Advance and mitigate potential Supply Chain Risks and put in place associated improvement and mitigation plans- Facilitate monthly supplier reviews in collaboration with Supplier Quality Manager, Supplier Development Engineer, Purchasing and Procurement departments, buyers and present to management as required- Utilise measures (OTD and scorecards) and communicate (
