Flexibility is required, including occasional evenings and weekends to support operational and event requirements.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy, multi-use building comprising educational, residential and commercial event spaces.This is a varied, hands-on role responsible for ensuring the building operates safely and efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for students, tenants, visitors and event clients. The successful candidate will work closely with maintenance teams, external contractors and senior management, while leading front-of-house operations and supporting commercial activities.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities and Building ManagementManage the day-to-day operation of the building and its facilities.Oversee planned and reactive maintenance alongside the maintenance team.Coordinate external contractors, including cleaning, catering and other service providers.Carry out regular building inspections and risk assessments.Monitor stock levels and order building consumables.Ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard at all times.Manage facilities budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.Health and SafetyEnsure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and building regulations.Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.Oversee ..... full job details .....
