Maintenance Technician (Multi-Skilled) Role Permanent, 2 shift pattern (6.30am-1.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm Monday to Friday) Base Salary of up to 45k, plus 15% shift allowance and OT Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively partnering with our client for the appointment of an multi skilled maintenance technician to join their growing team. This role involves planning and carrying out PPM, reactionary maintenance on machine breakdowns and ensuring compliance with health and safety. Job Description Lead by example to ensure safe working practices are maintained or improved across all production operations. Ensuring all machinery and equipment are capable of delivering the company production requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Carrying out breakdown maintenance in a timely manner. Working closely with the production shift managers to improve machine reliability and process efficiency. Co-ordinate with original equipment manufacturers and contractors for equipment maintenance, upgrades and installations.
