Head of Lettings – Salford (Multi-site)

£35–40k basic + commission (OTE £45–55k)
Monday–Friday (no weekends – because burnout isn’t a badge of honour)

We’re working with a growing independent agency who need someone to come in, take control, and drive the lettings arm forward properly. Not just maintain it. Not just “manage people.” Build it.

• Leading a multi-branch lettings team (and getting them performing, not just present)
• Winning new business and growing the portfolio
• Getting out there – valuations, client relationships, the lot
• Spotting opportunities others miss (because you know your market)
• Working directly with directors and having a genuine say

• You’ve done this before – senior lettings level, no blagging it
• You can lead people without being a knob about it
• You understand legislation and how to make money
• You’re commercial, proactive, and not waiting to be told what to do
• You actually give a shit about doing a good job
